Sustamid® 6G M anthracite is a shape-polymerized polyamide 6 modified with molybdenum disulphide (MoS₂). Compared to the unmodified grade Sustamid® 6G, it has a higher MoS₂ content, which leads to an increased degree of crystallization and a fine, homogeneous microstructure. This results in greater hardness and a slightly higher modulus of elasticity. The material also offers very good sliding and abrasion properties.
