Trovidur®EC Clad - 衛生壁パネル

Trovidur^®EC Clad を使用することで、衛生面での高い要求に対応することができます。そのため、この素材は、多くの公共施設や商業施設で見ることができます。PVC で作られた壁パネルは、取り付け、および取扱いが簡単なうえに、様々なフォーマットで提供することが可能です。この素材は、特殊接着剤を使用することにより、ほぼ全ての素材の平面に、直接取り付けることができます。大判パネルの接合部は、滑らかでシームレスな表面を形成するために、プロファイルを使用してしっかりと接続されています。 Trovidur^®EC Clad は耐薬品性、また市販の洗浄剤への耐性を有しています。また、防火への高い要求も満たしています。 Trovidur^®EC Clad LS では、B s2 d0 分類の EN 13501 の要件を満たす煙抑制材を、お客様に提供しています。

Trovidur® EC-Clad (PVC-U) for wall cladding

Trovidur® EC-Clad wall panels meet the high hygiene and visual demands of public and commercial facilities. The are easy to assemble, low maintenance and available in different formats. They can be applied directly to most flat surfaces with a special adhesive. The few joints are closed with profiles so that they form a smooth, seamless surface. Trovidur® EC-Clad is resistant to chemicals and can withstand commonly-used cleaning agents. Trovidur® EC Clad also meets fire protection requirements. With Trovidur® EC-Clad LS we also offer a smoke-resistant material that meets the requirements of EN 13501 for classification B s2 d0.

Antibacterial PVC‑U for hygienic wall cladding

Trovidur® EC Clad AG+ is a high-performance PVC‑U material designed for wall cladding in hospitals, laboratories, and other hygienically sensitive areas. It combines chemical resistance, impact strength, and easy processing with an antibacterial surface to support strict hygiene standards.

Mechanically stable and temperature-resistant from -15 °C to +60 °C, it is easy to install, clean, and disinfect, with certified fire protection (EN 13501 B‑s3, d0 / UL94 V0) for added safety.

Key difference: Compared to the White and LS variants, AG+ adds active antibacterial functionality while maintaining the same durability, chemical resistance, and fire safety.
