Laminated Densified Wood

Lignostone® – das Kunstharzpressholz direkt vom Erfinder. Bestehend aus Rotbuchenfurnieren (Fagus sylvatica), die mit härtbaren Kunstharzen unter Druck und Wärme verbunden werden. Tankstützlager für Flüssiggastanker

Lignostone® ist ein Kunstharzpressholz, das speziell für den Einsatz in LNG- und LPG-Tankern entwickelt wurde. Lignostone® verbindet eine gute thermische Isolation und ein geringes Gewicht mit einer hohen mechanischen Belastbarkeit und einer Dauereinsatztemperatur von -196 °C bis +90 °C. Typische Bauteile sind zum Beispiel Tankstützlager und Blöcke. Lignostone® ist zugelassen durch LR, BV, NKK, GL, DNV, M.W.Kellog, IHI und JMU.

Konstruktionselemente

Lignostone® Transformerwood hat in der internationalen Transformatorenindustrie einen exzellenten Ruf. Der Premiumwerkstoff verbindet ausgezeichnete elektrische und thermische Isolationseigenschaften mit einer sehr guten Ölaufnahme, einem geringem Gewicht und hoher Belastbarkeit. Typische Bauteile sind Druckringe, Plattformen, Pressbalken, Steigungsringe, Drucksegmente und Verbindungselemente.
