We offer you mechanically and thermally resistant materials for use in back-end separating and cutting processes. If you require antistatic product solutions for the internal transport of highly sensitive electronic or chip components, then we have the products from our Maywotron series especially for the deep-drawn workpiece carrier market.

Material properties

Typcial plastic materials used are

  • Polyimide
    premium material for high precision and highest temperature resistance
  • PEEK CF30
    reinforced polymer with excellent fatigue and chemical resistance
  • PEEK
    excellent chemical resistance and high temperature resistance
  • PPS
    is a very resistant polymer with good mechanical strength and rigidity
  • PS
    with different ESD ajdustments and recommended for the thermoforming process
    high-performance thermoforming material with ESD and anti-slip properties

ESD materials | ESD plastics

Plastics with defined electrically conductive properties can dissipate electrostatic charges controlledly and lastingly.
