Der verstärkte Premiumwerkstoff

Durch die Zugabe von 30 Gewichtsprozent Glasfaser wird die mechanische Festigkeit und Steifigkeit gegenüber ungefülltem PEEK über den gesamten Anwendungstemperaturbereich auf ein höheres Niveau gehoben. Gleichzeitig ist der thermische Ausdehnungskoeffizient geringer. SustaPEEK GF30 eignet sich daher besonders für mechanisch hochbelastete, sehr maßstabile Bauteile speziell bei Temperaturen oberhalb der Glastemperatur (150°C).
