ROBALON is a highly wear-resistant UHMW-PE-based material and can be modified in various ways in terms of sliding behavior and chemical and UV stability. We produce ROBALON on sinter presses in panel form up to 12 m length at our plant in Oepping. These panels are refined on profile milling machines and CNC milling machines and lathes.

PE-UHMW | PE 1000 | Polyethylene
Colour black. Alloyed with molybdenum disulfide, cross-linked, UV-stabilized. Our standard material with outstanding sliding and wearing characteristics for semi-finished and finished parts.
Colour white. No molybdenum disulfide alloy, no cross-linking. Physiologically safe. Our plastic complies with the requirements of the EU-regulation 10/2011/EU, which is valid since May 2011, its amendment 1282/2011/EU as well as the framework regulation 1935/2004/EC and the regulation 2023/2006/EC. Of course, our manufacturing processes subject to the philosophy "Good Manufacturing Practice" (2023/2006/EG).
