The metal detectable Polyacetal
Sustarin® C MDT is equipped with a metal-detectable filler and can therefore be recognised at any time by appropriate metal detectors, which are used especially in the food industry to check for unwanted foreign bodies. In addition, the blue colouring ensures the best possible optical detection in foodstuffs. The material fulfils the strict requirements of EU Regulation 10/2011 regarding the migration of undesirable ingredients into food.
