The construction material for many applications

Sustarin® C is the brand name for semi-finished products and profiles made from polyacetal copolymer. The special feature of Sustarin® C is the ideal combination of strength, rigidity, and toughness, which is due to the structure of the product. Due to its high crystallinity, Sustarin® C is stiffer and stronger than other thermoplastics, especially in the temperature range of -50°C bis +100°C.

Konstrukční díly pro ROV

Dálkově ovládané podvodní roboty (ROV) jsou konstruovány pro použití ve stále větších hloubkách. Tento vývoj podporujeme velkým výběrem lehčích a korozně odolných materiálů: Patří sem přirozeně plovoucí materiály Polystone® P a Polystone® D pro konstrukci rámů. Skříně elektroniky z materiálu Sustarin® C jsou naproti tomu lehčí než obvyklé skříně elektroniky z kovu a zároveň jsou korozně odolné. Řídicí trysky z korozivzdorného, rázově houževnatého a lehkého materiálu Sustamid® 6G jsou odolné a mají dlouhou životnost.

Subsea tree – Těsnicí uzávěry

Před a po instalaci subsea tree do citlivého těžního otvoru se musí vrtný otvor opatřit těsnicím uzávěrem. Hmotnost uzávěru hraje důležitou roli, protože je instalace prováděna podvodními roboty (ROV). Naše plasty Sustarin® C, SustaPVDF® a SustaPEEK® zde nabízejí velmi nízkou hmotnost proti tradičním materiálům, jako je například kov, a mají současně vysokou korozní odolnost ve spojení s dobrou tepelnou izolací a odolností vůči prostředkům proti usazeninám.

Spojovací díly

Vybavení a zařízení v subsea oblasti jsou stále náročnější. Spojovací díly pro elektroniku a komunikaci se musí vyrábět z vysoce kvalitních materiálů. Naše materiály SustaPEEK®, SustaPEI® a Sustarin® C Vám poskytují velmi dobrý elektrický odpor, nízkou absorpci vlhkosti, vysokou tvarovou stálost a rázovou houževnatost a obzvláště se hodí pro použití v Dry-Mate a Wet-Mate zařízeních.

Hnětací buben pro housky

V průmyslové výrobě housek přispívají materiály společnosti Röchling k efektivnímu výrobnímu procesu: Komorový buben z materiálu Sustarin® C rotuje v protisměru k hnětacímu bubnu z materiálu Sustamid® 6G a tvaruje tak kusy těsta.
