In this context, the quality of our products and our success as a company are directly related to the quality of our processes, the safety and health of our employees, the responsible use of energy and the conservative use of resources.
We at Röchling Industrial use our "Integrated Management System” to work continuously on the systematic optimisation of all quality factors; as a result, many of our industrial sites are certified in accordance with the internationally valid IMS standards.
Our EN ISO 9001 et sqq. quality control is directly integrated into the production process. In this way, we can perform material and system tests at all levels of production. The results of these tests form the basis for the ongoing development of our know-how, the continuous improvement of the quality of our products and permit the traceability of the products.
The health of our employees is our top priority. We are certified in accordance with EN ISO 45001 "Management systems of occupational health and safety". The standard facilitates the integration of occupational health and safety in all business processes and creates an increased awareness of safety at work at all levels.
ISO 14001 specifies requirements for the eco friendly orientation of operational processes. We systematically plan and optimise our processes and procedures in accordance with the requirements of the standard and in doing so continuously improve the use of resources in our company. This includes, for example, the conservative use of resources in manufacturing processes and avoiding the generation of waste on the factory work floor and in the offices.
The conscious use of energy and resources is firmly anchored in our corporate guidelines. EN ISO 50001 describes the requirements for companies to implement and run an energy management system. We systematically monitor and control our energy flows in accordance with the requirements of the standard. In this way, we regularly identify potential savings and use our resources in a more sustainable manner.
When manufacturing products for medical engineering, the focus is on patient safety. As a standard for quality management systems in medical engineering, EN ISO 13485 describes, inter alia, requirements for the development, manufacture and distribution of products. Our sites that are certified in accordance with the standard ensure in their processes that these requirements are systematically complied with, controlled and documented.
