Special plastics for the paper industry

These plastics have been specially developed for use in the paper and pulp industry. They are manufactured in-house on sinter presses in panels up to 12 m long and 1,300 mm wide. These panels are refined on profile milling machines and CNC milling machines and lathes.

ROBADUR

PE-UHMW | PE 1000 | Polyethylene

Colour black. The classic product material for the paper industry. PE-UHMW with dry-film lubricant and UV stabilizers – sets itself apart with its outstanding price-performance ratio.

PE-UHMW | PE 1000 | Polyethylene

Colour gray. PE-UHMW with molybdenum sulfide dry-film lubricant. Developed for dewatering elements in the paper industry. The dry-film lubricant content ensures a low coefficient of friction and extremely low adherence.

PE-UHMW | PE 1000 | Polyethylene

Colour black. PE-UHMW reinforced with with glass microbeads. Special plastics used for dewatering elements in the paper industry. Basic PE-UHMW alloyed with dry-film lubricant, UV stabilizers and additional glass microbeads. Increased wear resistance thanks to the glass microbeads, increasing the service life of dewatering elements by up to 20%.

Colour black. Hybrid out of ceramic and plastic. Special plastics used for dewatering elements in the paper industry. Basic PE-UHMW alloyed with dry-film lubricant, UV stabilizers and reinforced with a special mixture of ceramic particles.
