The best sliding PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate)
The incorporated solid lubricant ensures improved sliding behavior of Sustadur® PET GLD 130 compared to unfilled Sustadur® PET. It even outperforms Sustadur® PET GLD 120 grey. The material is characterized by a low sliding coefficient and low wear. In many applications, unwanted noise such as squeaking can be avoided, as the so-called “stick-slip” effect does not occur. The mechanical strength is slightly lower compared to unfilled material.
