Anlagenkomponenten in der Waferherstellung

Wafer durchlaufen in der Herstellung chemische Prozesse, in denen sie unter anderem mit aggressiven Säuren geätzt werden, um eine Oberfläche zu bilden, die möglichst viel Licht eingefangen kann. Konstrukteure nutzen zum Bau der Anlagen unsere chemisch besonders widerstandsfähigen Werkstoffe Polystone® PVDF und Polystone® P natur.
