Obložení zásobníků a sil

U obložení zásobníků a sil vedou velké spádové výšky a tvrdý dopad sypkého materiálu k extrémnímu opotřebení. Trychtýřovitá výpust způsobuje problémy v pohybu zrnité hmoty. Bezpečnostní požadavky nebo například manipulace s potravinami kladou další požadavky na volbu vhodného materiálu obložení.

Obložení pro důlní vozidla a nákladní vozidla

Korby nákladních vozidel mají v závislosti na tvaru různá problémová místa: Dochází k ulpívání materiálu v rozích, tok materiálu vázne, opotřebení poškozuje korbu. V závislosti na konstrukci korby, velikosti zrna, tvaru, vlhkosti a teplotě sypkého materiálu se hodí obkladové materiály Matrox®, Matrox® U 110, Matrox® EX 60 a Matrox® X.

Použití nákladních vagonů pro nejrůznější sypké materiály vyžaduje vyvážený poměr ochrany mezi odolností proti opotřebení a podporou pohybu sypkého materiálu. Náš materiál Matrox® doporučujeme pro korby trychtýřovité, sedlovité nebo standardní konstrukce. Matrox® spojuje nejlepší povrchovou úpravu s maximální odolností proti otěru a podporuje tak optimální tok sypkého materiálu.
