The industrial production and processing of baked goods and confectionery place high demands on materials and components. Designers must develop systems and machines that remain efficient and require little maintenance even after countless hours in operation. The speed and ease of cleaning are also important. We offer design materials that are developed specifically for these requirements. They are suitable for contact with foods in accordance with EU Regulation 10/2011/EU and FDA requirements and are used in the construction of efficient portioning systems, spiral frosters and packaging installations.

Peelboards for the fermentation process
Peelboards made of our lightweight material Foamlite® P FG blue and our brand PVC-U Trovidur® EC-FG are used for the fermentation process of bakery product. The non-polar surface of Foamlite® P FG blue ensures a non-stick effect. This makes it much easier to remove dough pieces from the surface. This reduces the amount of flour required. Trovidur® EC-FG has a higher rigidity with which the thickness of peelboards can be reduced. Both materials meet the requirements of 10/2011/EU, are very easy to clean and support fast and reliable work in the baking trade.
Slide rails for spiral frosters
Profiles made of our material LubX® are used in the construction of spiral frosters for frozen pizzas. With its outstanding slide properties, the material helps to reduce the conveying power required and hence the energy used. LubX® meets the requirements of Regulation 10/2011/EU and the FDA and so is suitable for direct contact with foodstuffs. Depending on the application we recommend LubX® CV, LubX® C, LubX® S or LubX® Ast black.
Moulding drum for bread rolls
Röchling materials contribute to the efficiency of processes in the industrial production of bread rolls: made of Sustarin® C, the chamber drum rotates in the opposite direction of the moulding drum, thereby forming the dough pieces.
Blades in the packaging plant
Blades made from Röchling's Sustarin® C FG are used to stabilize slices of bread in the industrial production of sliced bread, thereby helping to speed up and simplify the process.
