1998	Company foundation: 6 employees, 7 CNC lathes and milling machines
1999	16 employees, 2 new CNC lathes
2000	24 employees
2001	Milling centres with X-3000 mm, 28 employees, training begins with 2 trainees
2002	Expansion of production facilities to 400 m2, 31 employees
2003	Start of construction of new company buildings, 35 employees
2004	Move to new company buildings, expansion to 5-axis technology
2007	55 employees, Getting started with HSC (high speed cutting) milling technology and further development of the 5-axis milling technology
2008	CNC lathe / milling centre with 2-way functional symmetry
2009	5-axis simultaneous programming technology
2011	iMachining - the integrated CAM system for SolidWorks and Inventor
2012	70 employees Environmental Certification according to ISO 14001:2004
Dec. 2013	Farewell to Gerhard Bayerschmidt who retires after more than 15 years as an executive partner.
2014	Michael Haller takes over the management of the company.
June 2014	On 07.01.2014 the Bayerschmidt Kunststoffe GmbH becomes Röchling Roding GmbH renamed.
2022	Röchling Roding GmbH becomes Röchling Industrial Roding GmbH
