Rivestimenti per bunker e silo

Le grandi altezze di caduta e il forte impatto delle merci porta a usure estreme nei rivestimenti di bunker e silo. Lo scarico a forma di imbuto può causare problemi al flusso di massa e al flusso di nucleo. Le disposizioni di sicurezza o la manipolazione degli alimenti, ad esempio, impongono ulteriori requisiti per la scelta dei materiali di rivestimento appropriati.

Rivestimenti per veicoli per miniera

Nei processi di trasporto, immagazzinaggio o lavorazione di merce sfusa, l’usura e la formazione di incrostazioni possono causare interruzioni nel processo di lavoro. Il flusso di materiali si blocca e l’usura distrugge il container ribaltabile del camion. Il nostro Matrox® coniuga le migliori proprietà di attrito superficiale con la massima resistenza all’abrasione, migliorando pertanto la portata di flusso delle vostre merci sfuse e impedendo l’abrasione anche in condizioni operative difficili.

Rivestimenti altamente resistenti all’usura

Appositamente per il settore del biogas, abbiamo sviluppato un sistema di rivestimento per silo di stoccaggio degli impianti di biogas. I nostri rivestimenti Matrox® prevengono in modo permanente la corrosione e l’usura. Il materiale presenta un’elevata resistenza agli agenti chimici e all’usura ed eccellenti proprietà di scorrimento, che favoriscono il flusso di materiale.

Rivestimenti per veicoli per miniera e camion

A seconda della forma, container ribaltabili dei camion hanno vari punti critici: si formano incrostazioni negli angoli, il flusso di materiali si blocca e l’usura distrugge il container ribaltabile. A seconda del tipo di container, della dimensione del grano, della forma, dell’umidità e della temperatura della merce sfusa, consigliamo l’utilizzo di Matrox®, Matrox® U 110, Matrox® EX 60 e Matrox® X.

Rivestimenti di vagoni in Matrox®

L’impiego di vagoni merci per varie merci sfuse richiede un rapporto equilibrato tra protezione antiusura e riduzione dell’attrito. Per i vagoni merci a tramoggia, a sella di lancio o a design standard consigliamo di utilizzare Matrox®. Matrox® coniuga le migliori proprietà di attrito superficiale con un’elevata resistenza all’abrasione e favorisce in modo ottimale il flusso della merce sfusa.
