Durostone® UPM S13 LST

Durostone® UPM S13 LST è un materiale plastico fibrorinforzato con un’eccezionale reazione al fuoco. L’infiammabilità della plastica raggiunge un valore particolare di FVO/>1mm. Questo materiale plastico convince anche per la bassa tossicità e la bassa densità dei fumi, rendendolo uno dei nostri Durostone speciali. Inoltre, Durostone® UPM S13 LST soddisfa il requisito di R11, classe di rischio HL3 della norma EN 45545-2:2013, per materiali isolanti resistenti all’arco voltaico.

Copertura isolante per collettori di corrente in Durostone®

Durostone® UPM S13 LST è costituito da una resina di poliestere insatura rinforzata in feltro di vetro. Il materiale soddisfa il requisito di R11, classe di rischio HL3 della norma EN 45545-2:2013 per materiali isolanti resistenti all’arco voltaico. Offre un’elevata resistenza a temperatura ambiente e a temperature più alte. Lo spessore di 2,10 g/cm³ consente la produzione di componenti più leggeri con elevata resistenza meccanica, come i supporti sul carrello per collettori di corrente (shoebeams), coperture e camere di spegnimento della scintilla.
