Polyacetal for contact with foodstuffs

Thanks to the use of particularly high-quality, low-migration resins, Sustarin® C FG is the safest polyacetal grade in direct contact with food. In particular, the material meets the strict requirements of EU Regulation 10/2011. Sustarin® C FG is available in three colour versions: natural, black and blue. The blue material in particular is becoming increasingly popular thanks to its excellent optical detectability. The exceptional technical properties of Sustarin® C are completely retained.

Fluid manifold block

  • Sustarin® C not only fulfils the physical requirements, but has also successfully passed the customer's internal compatibility tests.
  • To ensure high repeatability in series production, we have implemented a PPAP process for all prototype developments.
  • By introducing endoscopic inspection, we were able to ensure that 100% of the cross-drilled holes met quality standards.
  • The use of 5-axis milling machines enabled us to achieve precise positioning and therefore optimise the positioning accuracy of the block.
