The Premium Sliding Material
The addition of a solid lubricant (PTFE) gives the material excellent tribological properties (low wear and low coefficient of friction) in many sliding applications. The material is particularly well suited to high temperatures, where the use of standard plastics such as PE or POM is not feasible.
