Your standard material is now smart!
By adding tiny fluorescent marker particles directly into the plastic, your component becomes identifiable – verifiable as your original part.
The “ID” suffix clearly indicates the presence of these innovative marker particles.

Guide scorrevoli per congelatori a spirale

Nella costruzione di congelatori a spirale per pizze congelate vengono utilizzati profili nel nostro materiale LubX®. Con le sue eccellenti proprietà di scorrimento, contribuisce alla riduzione della forza di trasporto necessaria e, di conseguenza, dell’energia impiegata. LubX® soddisfa i requisiti del regolamento 10/2011/UE e dell’FDA ed è adatto per il contatto diretto con alimenti. A seconda dell’applicazione si consigliano i materiali LubX® CV, LubX® C, LubX® S o LubX® Ast nero.

Spezzatrice arrotondatrice per panini

Nella produzione industriale di panini i materiali di Röchling contribuiscono all’efficienza del processo produttivo: il tamburo della camera in Sustarin® C ruota nel senso inverso al tamburo di arrotondamento in Sustamid® 6G, formando in questo modo le palline di pasta.
