Our tracheostomy tubes have two primary requirements: to ensure patient safety and to facilitate ergonomic use.
This is why all our tracheostomy tube types are flexible and dimensionally stable, regardless of the design and different sizes. A low wall thickness and a perfect fit between the inner cannula and outer cannula, and thus an optimal ratio between the inner and outer diameters, increase the patient's respiratory supply while maintaining the same breathing effort.

Based on fluid mechanics simulations and injection molding simulations, we developed a product and mold concept that allows us to manufacture a product that meets all dimensional, practical and material requirements.
