The Röchling Conference 2025
Cross-divisional Meeting in Ulm and at Röchling Industrial in Laupheim
“It's about us” was the motto of this year's Röchling Conference, which took place on September 15 and 16 in Ulm and at the Röchling Industrial site in Laupheim, Burgrieden. Around 120 participants from the Automotive, Industrial, Medical, and Holding divisions enjoyed two packed days of stimulating and informative content.
On the first day, the divisional board members reviewed and previewed their business figures and strategy. The day concluded with a gala evening honoring long-standing employees and the obligatory presentation of the Röchling Innovation Awards and Value Awards. The Value Award went to the Composites business unit for its outstanding performance, which strengthens our company for the future. The Innovation Award was presented to an Industrial project team for the development of a groundbreaking PE material made entirely from recycled plastic sourced from discarded swimming rings and pipes from offshore fish farms.
The second day of the conference began with a tour of the Röchling Industrial plant in Burgrieden, which was completed in 2022. The team there showed guests the modern facilities and production processes. In the afternoon, the Röchling Boards and the Röchling Foundation presented current topics from their work. The conference concluded with an evening event that provided an opportunity to deepen discussions and make new contacts.
