Flexible tarp bows

Tarp bows support the trailer's tarp and create an arched cover over the load to allow rain, snow, and debris to slide off rather than accumulate on the tarp. This protects cargo from weather exposure while preventing water pooling, which can cause damage or excessive tarp wear.

Unlike traditional steel or aluminum tarp bows that can easily bend or break during loading, Roechling nylon tarp bows provide superior durability and flexibility. Our bows flex and then spring back into original form with little to no damage, ensuring longer part lifespan and less maintenance to replace broken tarp bows. 

Steel or cast aluminum sockets also available for easy installation.

Ringless Fifth Wheel Lube Disks

This “slip agent” impregnated poly disk replaces the grease commonly used between the truck's fifth wheel and the trailer's king pin plate. Traditional fifth wheel lube disks feature a steel ring that is often not secure enough to keep the disk in place. As a result a damaged ring could prevent a successful lock between king pin and fifth wheel. Our ringless fifth wheel slip disk has eliminated the need for the steel retaining ring by introducing four solid yet flexible contact points that are die cut directly into the plastic.

• Easier more secure installation
• Proprietary “slip agent” additive provides lower coefficient of friction
• Tighter inside diameter for a more consistent installation even on older king pins
• No need to inventory replacement rings
• Curl resistant polymer prevents the disk from sagging once installed - less sagging means less chance the disk could be damaged while the tractor and trailer are being hooked
• Traditional disk with steel ring might typically fall off after the initial “un-hook”, while this design can stay in place for a dozen or more cycles

NOTE: This lube disk is intended for use on trailers with a standard 2.875" diameter king pin, which is not worn or undersized. Roechling does not guarantee a successful installation on all king pins. Always ensure a successful lock between the fifth wheel and king pin prior to any trip.
