Trovidur® EC Clad – Hygienic wall panels

With Trovidur^® EC Clad we offer you wall panels that meet the high demands to hygiene and looks in many public and commercial facilities. Wall panels made of PVC are easy to install, easy-care and available in various formats. They can be directly installed on most level surfaces with special adhesive. The few joints of the large-format panels are closed with profiles to form a smooth, seamless surface. Trovidur^® EC Clad is chemicals-resistant and withstands commonly used cleaning agents. It also meets the high demands to fire protection. With Trovidur^® EC Clad LS we offer you a smoke retardant material that meets the requirements of EN 13501 for the B s2 d0 classification.

Wet bench with Trovidur® EC-FR

Trovidur^® EC-FR sheets are approved to FM4910, which is often a pre-requisite for construction materials for components in the semi-conductor industry. The FM4910 approval attests to the particularly flame-retardant properties of Trovidur^® EC-FR. At the same time, the material offers very high levels of chemical resistance, which is a pre-requisite for the construction of “Wet Benches”.

Trovidur® EC-Clad is resistant to chemicals and can withstand commonly-used cleaning agents. Trovidur® EC Clad also meets fire protection requirements. With Trovidur® EC-Clad LS we also offer a smoke-resistant material that meets the requirements of EN 13501 for classification B s2 d0.

Antibacterial PVC‑U for hygienic wall cladding

Trovidur® EC Clad AG+ is a high-performance PVC‑U material designed for wall cladding in hospitals, laboratories, and other hygienically sensitive areas. It combines chemical resistance, impact strength, and easy processing with an antibacterial surface to support strict hygiene standards.

Mechanically stable and temperature-resistant from -15 °C to +60 °C, it is easy to install, clean, and disinfect, with certified fire protection (EN 13501 B‑s3, d0 / UL94 V0) for added safety.

Key difference: Compared to the White and LS variants, AG+ adds active antibacterial functionality while maintaining the same durability, chemical resistance, and fire safety.
