Beams for bateas made of Polystone® G black HD

In Galicia, mussels grow on mussel rafts called 'bateas' with beams made of Polystone® G black HD. Polystone® G black HD offers high resistance to aggressive salt water as well as high UV resistance for long-term durability in strong sunlight. Compared to conventional materials such as wood, plastic carriers are particularly durable and low-maintenance.

Fish farming tanks made of Polystone® G and Polystone® P

Depending on the requirements of the fish farming tank, either Polystone® G or Polystone® P can be applied. Cost-efficient: Fish farming tanks made of Polystone® G and Polystone® P are low-maintenance and durable due to their high corrosion resistance and mechanical stability, which allows them to support the farming facility's economic efficiency. Hygienic: The smooth surface is very easy to clean with common cleaning agents, which helps to maintain high hygiene standards and animal health. Easy to work with: Polystone® P and Polystone® G are very easy to process and weld, which makes it possible to produce customer-specific round and rectangular containers.

Fish screen installations

Two-part U-profiles made from Polystone® P grey are used in a fish screen installation for a power station. To keep fish away from the intake station for the cooling water, they are driven away by electric shocks if they swim into an electric field in front of the pipe. The U-profiles fix the required electric cables to the base of the cooling water pipe.

Trovidur® EC-Clad (PVC-U) for wall cladding

Trovidur® EC-Clad wall panels meet the high hygiene and visual demands of public and commercial facilities. The are easy to assemble, low maintenance and available in different formats. They can be applied directly to most flat surfaces with a special adhesive. The few joints are closed with profiles so that they form a smooth, seamless surface. Trovidur® EC-Clad is resistant to chemicals and can withstand commonly-used cleaning agents. Trovidur® EC Clad also meets fire protection requirements. With Trovidur® EC-Clad LS we also offer a smoke-resistant material that meets the requirements of EN 13501 for classification B s2 d0.
