Sustamid® 66 is the brand name for semi-finished products and profiles made from polyamide 66. Compared to PA 6, Sustamid® 66 offers higher heat resistance, better dimensional stability, and lower water absorption. The material combines high strength, stiffness, and excellent abrasion resistance, even at elevated temperatures. Thanks to its higher crystallinity compared to PA 6, Sustamid® 66 also exhibits improved creep resistance.
