Matrox® is outstanding for its extremely low coefficient of friction and high wear resistance and so optimally meets requirements for the lining of silos and bunkers.

Matrox® U 110 contains oxidation-retardant additives for a longer service life in the higher temperature range.

Revestimientos para búnkeres y silos

Las grandes alturas de caída y el duro impacto de los productos a granel causan un desgaste extremo en búnkeres y silos. La salida en forma de tolva causa problemas de flujo de masas y granos. Las normas de seguridad o la manipulación de alimentos, por ejemplo, exigen requisitos complementarios a la hora de seleccionar los materiales de revestimiento apropiados.

Revestimientos para vehículos de minería

En los procesos de transporte, almacenamiento o procesamiento de materiales a granel, el desgaste y la formación de incrustaciones pueden causar interrupciones en el proceso de trabajo. El flujo de material se puede parar y el desgaste puede destruir la carrocería del camión. Nuestro material Matrox® combina la mejor fricción superficial con la más alta resistencia a la abrasión, mejorando así las propiedades de flujo de sus sólidos a granel y evitando la abrasión incluso en condiciones operativas adversas.
