Revestimientos para búnkeres y silos

Las grandes alturas de caída y el duro impacto de los productos a granel causan un desgaste extremo en búnkeres y silos. La salida en forma de tolva causa problemas de flujo de masas y granos. Las normas de seguridad o la manipulación de alimentos, por ejemplo, exigen requisitos complementarios a la hora de seleccionar los materiales de revestimiento apropiados.

Revestimientos para vehículos de minería

En los procesos de transporte, almacenamiento o procesamiento de materiales a granel, el desgaste y la formación de incrustaciones pueden causar interrupciones en el proceso de trabajo. El flujo de material se puede parar y el desgaste puede destruir la carrocería del camión. Nuestro material Matrox® combina la mejor fricción superficial con la más alta resistencia a la abrasión, mejorando así las propiedades de flujo de sus sólidos a granel y evitando la abrasión incluso en condiciones operativas adversas.

Hemos desarrollado un sistema de revestimiento para silos de suministro de carga de biogás específicamente para el sector del biogás: nuestros revestimientos de Matrox® evitan la corrosión y el desgaste de forma duradera. Este material ofrece una alta resistencia a los productos químicos, una excelente resistencia al desgaste y unas extraordinarias propiedades deslizantes que facilitan el flujo de los materiales.

Revestimientos para vehículos y camiones de minería

Las carrocerías de los camiones pueden presentar diferentes problemas en función de la forma que tengan: se pueden producir incrustaciones en las esquinas, el flujo de material se puede parar y el desgaste puede destruir la carrocería. En función del tipo de carrocería, el tamaño del grano, la forma, la humedad y la temperatura de los productos a granel, para los revestimientos pueden ser adecuados los siguientes materiales: Matrox®, Matrox® U 110, Matrox® EX 60 y Matrox® X.

Revestimientos Matrox® Wagon

El uso de vagones de carga para una amplia variedad de materiales a granel requiere una relación equilibrada entre la protección contra el desgaste y el transporte deslizante. Para vagones de tolva, sillín o estándar, recomendamos nuestro material Matrox®. Matrox® combina la mejor fricción superficial con la mayor resistencia a la abrasión para promover el flujo óptimo de material de sus sólidos a granel.
