Smart materials – ID

Your standard material is now smart!
By adding tiny fluorescent marker particles directly into the material, your product becomes verifiable and can be identified as your original component.
The “ID” suffix indicates that these marker particles are integrated.


EU & FDA approval

Our materials comply with the strict requirements of EU Regulation 10/2011/EU and the FDA, making them approved for direct food contact.
This guarantees maximum reliability and safety in beverage production environments.

Anwendungsbeispiele

Gripper for glass bottles

In the production of glass bottles, grippers are used to guide the bottles through the process. Compared to conventionally used materials (graphite or brass), grippers made of EtroX® I CM increase the service life of the component. Due to the high resistance to high temperatures and the good stability of polyimides, maintenance time can be reduces, resulting in less production downtime and more efficiency.

Elementos deslizantes para sistemas de embotellado de bebidas

Con nuestra familia de productos LubX®, hemos desarrollado un material deslizante de alto rendimiento especial para la tecnología de transportadores. Gracias a sus excelentes propiedades deslizantes, los sistemas de transporte equipados con LubX®, como los sistemas de embotellado de bebidas, consumen menos energía, eliminan los efectos de fricción deslizante («slip-stick») e incrementan la estabilidad del proceso. Tornillos de transporte

Los tornillos de transporte Polystone® M soft mecanizados en nuestros sistemas controlados por ordenador (CNC) de última generación se caracterizan por sus buenas propiedades de deslizamiento con los elementos blandos que transportan y, gracias a su bajo coeficiente de fricción de deslizamiento, protegen las botellas de PET durante el proceso de transporte.
