Fast and Precise Powder Sintering

Process

In the SLS process, the polymer powder is preheated to just below the materials melting point in the build chamber. A fine layer of powder is distributed via a roller and the printing area is subsequently scanned with a CO2 laser, allowing the particles to fuse together.
