Sustarin® C grey

POM-C

The construction material for many applications

Sustarin® C is the brand name for semi-finished products and profiles made from polyacetal copolymer. The special feature of Sustarin® C is the ideal combination of strength, rigidity, and toughness, which is due to the structure of the product. Due to its high crystallinity, Sustarin® C is stiffer and stronger than other thermoplastics, especially in the temperature range of -50°C bis +100°C.

Componentes de ROV

Os veículos offshore remotos (ROVs) estão sendo continuamente projetados para operar em profundidades cada vez maiores. Para ajudar nisso, fornecemos vários componentes resistentes à corrosão, essenciais para montar um ROV. Eles incluem o Polystone® P (PP) naturalmente flutuante e o Polystone® D (PE-HMW) usado nas estruturas laterais. Tampas de extremidades de árvores de natal submarinas

Durante a perfuração, a delicada cabeça de poço é coberta por uma tampa de remoção antes da instalação e após a remoção da árvore submarina. Como a instalação é feita por ROV, o peso é uma preocupação fundamental. Com termoplásticos como o SUSTARIN C (POM-C), SUSTAPVDF e SUSTAPEEK, que oferecem redução de peso significativa em relação aos componentes metálicos tradicionais. Outros benefícios incluem a resistência natural à corrosão do material, além das propriedades de isolamento térmico e a resistência química ao fluido anti-incrustante.

Tambor modelador de pão francês
