Direct pellet printing with open material platform

Process

Similar to injection molding, an extruder screw feeds plastic granulate through a nozzle "freeforms" the 3-dimensional structure without the need for a mold. Through the direct pellet-feedings system, open material selections can be made with the freedom of choice for color, hardness, and flexibility.
