Polystone® M orange

PE — PE-UHMW - PE 1000

Polystone® M is an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (PE-UHMW/PE 1000) used to solve friction, wear and material flow problems in many industries. The material is characterized by excellent sliding properties, extreme wear resistance, high impact strength and very good resistance to chemicals and has established itself in technical applications. The material is available in various colors.

Placas deslizantes para a área de suprimento

Na área de suprimento acessível de uma instalação de biogás - no piso deslizante - são usadas as placas deslizantes de Polystone® de polietileno de ultra alto peso molecular (PE-UHMW). As placas deslizantes de Polystone® seguram as correntes de transporte e se caracterizam por suas excelentes propriedades de deslizamento e abrasão. Elas também são robustas, resistentes a ácidos e ao desgaste.

Perfil para guias de corrente

Seus baixos coeficientes de atrito de deslizamento permitem perfis extrudados e fresados feitos de Polystone® M (PE-UHMW) para guias de corrente, com o intuito de reduzir a energia de acionamento necessária para transportadores de corrente e melhorar a estabilidade do processo. O Polystone® M também oferece propriedades permanentes de autolubrificação.

Amortecedores de impacto

Montados em sistemas de amortecimento de impacto, as placas deslizantes feitas de nosso material Polystone® M (PE-UHMW) protegem anteparos de cais e navios durante a amarração e manobras portuárias e em períodos de inatividade. As placas prontas para montagem são caracterizadas pela alta resistência à abrasão, ao desgaste, corrosão, radiação UV e intempéries.
