Revestimentos para silos e bunkers

Em silos e bunkers, alturas de queda elevadas e o impacto forte dos produtos a granel causam desgaste extremo no revestimento. A saída em forma de tremonha leva a problemas de núcleo e fluxo de massa. Os requisitos de segurança ou a necessidade de processar alimentos, por exemplo, exigem mais na seleção dos materiais de revestimento adequados.

Revestimentos para veículos de mineração

Sempre que mercadorias a granel são transportadas, armazenadas ou processadas posteriormente, o desgaste e o endurecimento causam paralisações no processo de trabalho. O fluxo de materiais é interrompido e o desgaste destrói a carroceria do caminhão basculante. Nosso material Matrox® combina o melhor atrito superficial com a máxima resistência à abrasão para melhorar a taxa de fluxo de seus produtos a granel e evitar a abrasão, mesmo nas condições mais adversas.

As carrocerias podem apresentar uma variedade de problemas, dependendo de seu formato: pode ocorrer endurecimento nos cantos, parada do fluxo de material e desgaste que destrói a caçamba.
