O Durolight®, um compósito isolante reforçado com fibra, foi projetado e desenvolvido para atender aos requisitos térmicos e mecânicos dos suportes de sustentação de carga em aplicações de GNL. A baixa condutividade térmica e a capacidade de operar em ambientes com temperaturas de 196 °C a +200 °C (-320 °F a 392 °F) tornam esse material uma excelente escolha para isolamento de tubulações e uso como rupturas térmicas na indústria de petróleo e gás. O Durolight® é naturalmente retardante de chamas, livre de halogênio e resistente a intempéries, abrasão e desgaste.
