Okładziny zbiorników i silosów

W przypadku zbiorników i silosów duże wysokości zrzutu oraz znaczna siła uderzenia materiałów masowych powodują ekstremalne ścieranie okładziny. Wylot w kształcie leja prowadzi do problemów z rdzeniem i przepływem masowym. Na przykład wymogi bezpieczeństwa lub konieczność kontaktu z żywnością stawiają dodatkowe wymagania w zakresie wyboru odpowiednich materiałów wyściełających.

Okładziny dla pojazdów górniczych

Wszędzie tam, gdzie towary sypkie są transportowane, przechowywane lub przetwarzane, zużycie i sklejanie powodują przestoje w procesie pracy. Materiał charakteryzuje się wysoką odpornością chemiczną, wyjątkową odpornością na ścieranie i doskonałymi właściwościami ślizgowymi, które sprzyjają przepływowi materiału.

Okładziny dla pojazdów i ciężarówek górniczych

Zabudowy samochodów ciężarowych mogą wykazywać różne problemy w zależności od ich kształtu: W narożnikach może dojść do zbrylenia, materiał przestaje płynąć, a jego zużycie niszczy wywrotkę. W zależności od typu wywrotki, rozmiaru kruszywa ziarna, kształtu, wilgotności i temperatury materiałów masowych sprawdzą się następujące materiały okładzinowe: Matrox®, Matrox® U 110, Matrox® EX 60 i Matrox® X.
