Röchling Medical Neuhaus Receives 2026 MuT Award

October 1, 2026 | The Röchling Medical site in Neuhaus am Rennweg has received the 2026 MuT Award in the “Mitarbeiter sind Zukunft” (“Employees Are the Future”) category. The award was presented on September 16 at the annual reception of the IHK Südthüringen in Suhl.

Around 380 people work at the site in the Thuringian Forest. The jury particularly recognized the site’s approach to its employees. Investments in buildings and equipment have created additional jobs, while an in-house training center, continuing education, and programs for career changers are intended to help retain skilled workers over the long term.

The jury also highlighted flexible working arrangements, health programs, and participation in the IHK’s initiative to recruit skilled workers from Vietnam.

Speaking at the ceremony, Site Manager Alexander Stauch emphasized that the award belongs to the people at the site. He described employees as a company’s most important asset and stressed the importance of supporting their development.
