Our covers offer unique safety features and the greatest useable thickness. To guarantee maximum safety, ceramic dewatering elements at Röchling Industrial are specially designed:

  • Mechanical fixation of the ceramics at the FRP base body
  • Mechanical segment fixation - no piano keying

Therefore different material qualities are available:

ROBACERAM-ALOX

  • Proven material quality for over 20 years
  • High purity of aluminium oxide (99.7%)
  • Surface quality RA 0.3

ROBACERAM-ZIROX

  • Special ceramic for press section
  • Higher thermal shock resistance of 200°K
  • Surface quality RA 0.2

ROBACERAM-SiN

  • Thermal shock resistance of 600°K
  • Better wear resistance
  • Surface quality RA 0.1

ROBACERAM-PX

  • Highest thermal shock resistance of 700°K
  • Maximized wire lifetime
  • Best surface quality RA 0.06 - reduction of friction and therefore reduction of drive power (energy saver)
