The charging port for electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids has been optimized: a display shows the charging status, and lighting makes charging easier in the dark. Functions such as automatic closing and pinch protection are individually configurable. The automatic charging flap complements the design of electric vehicles with reliable opening kinematics.
