Röchling Neuhaus is a company operating in international growth markets, which, as a certified supplier, develops and manufactures functional, high-quality packaging systems for pharmacy and diagnostics as well as individual parts and assemblies for medical technology and produces them under cleanroom conditions. About 300 employees contribute to the success of Röchling Neuhaus.

Your tasks:

  • Develop and expand sales to new designated major Healthcare OEM’s on a WW basis
  • Maintain and expand the existing customer base
  • Create strategic and tactical account plans (KA organizational structure, targeted products, pricing strategy, etc…)
  • Monitor account performance vs. account plan and redirect efforts when objectives are not being achieved
  • Budget creation/follow-up including accurate forecasts, opportunities/risks
  • Preparations of high level quotations and presentations to key decision makers and senior level management
  • Building up customer relationship (with key decision makers)
  • Manage customer communication to the appropriate support
  • teams functions internally (Project Management, Technical,
  • Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Legal)
  • Ability to leverage internal resources to close major business opportunities
  • To negotiate and close Supply Agreements for won business with Röchling Group Legal Support
  • Set-up BRM (frequency to be defined in accordance with customer)

Job requirements:

Competencies/personal characteristics:

  • Commercial or engineering degree
  • At least 5 years’ experience in managing large & multinational
  • Pharmaceutical accounts (key account management)
  • Preferably experienced in plastics packaging
  • Ability to identify trends and strategic directions of potential customers
  • Understand customer needs in order to develop a unique
  • Röchling Medical value proposition
  • Strong experience in costing and quoting of complex products
  • Leadership, convincing and excellent communication abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proven negotiation skills (pricing, customers cost improvement request, compensations, legal terms, etc.)
  • Good financial and numerical skills
  • Strong synthesis and analysis spirit
  • Good strategic thinking
  • Good experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams
  • High energy & comfortable selling at key decision makers
  • Fluent in English and German (French is a plus)
  • Skill in use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word & PowerPoint), CRM
  • Mobility > 60% domestic and international travelling is required
