Roechling Automotive Teruel is looking for 3 (M/W):
The candidates will be in charge of the coordination of the shift (from 4 to 15 people) and are responsible for the quantity and quality of the production.
They will coordinate the setting of the machines and the production activities, with focus on the efficiency of the processes in terms of materials and human resources.
They work with the production manager monitoring the scheduling of the orders from the customers and make sure that all the materials necessary for the production cycle are stocked and ready.
They supervise the quality of the production process, especially during the change of the moulds and, in case of necessity, they activate the maintenance department to solve the problem. They are eventually responsible for the forklifters who supply the production lines.
The candidates are also responsible for the quality controls during their shift and for preparing the reports of the events (quantity, quality, problems) occurred under their responsibility.
They are always in contact with the production responsible and with other departments (quality, logistics) to discuss about problems and to propose solutions and improvement of the processes.
Your profile: vocational training or high school in mechanics/ electrics, previous experience of shift or production management, preferably in the automotive industry. Professional computer knowledge is requested.
Leadership, flexibility to change, problem solving and resistance to pressure complete the profiles.
At least 3 months of training at the headquarters of the Region Europe South in Italy (Laives) – all the related costs are covered by the Company
