In close cooperation with the customers, drawing-based components are further developed technically through various approval processes until ready for serial production. Under the direction of the Röchling Technical Parts Group, prototypes can be created so that insights gained from them can influence tool design. In order to shape the fabrication process optimally, pre-serial production sources of error are identified, cataloged, and optimized.

Working along with you, experienced project engineers design the complete concept from the drawing stage until serial production. In order to manufacture high-quality components, all production and development processes are implemented according to quality standards.

The high degree of automation at the Röchling Technical Parts Group makes it possible to offer cost-efficient and intelligent product solutions. According to volume, the packaging process can be integrated into production and carried out with robot support.
