Under “parts with class A surfaces,” the Röchling Technical Parts Group understands coated components or completely assembled groups, which are furnished with high-quality surfaces. The prerequisite for this is special plastic settings on the material side and special interior tool surfaces, which model the desired structure of the part. Particularly in the automotive industry, leather texture and surface roughness are preferred for interior applications. Upon request, Röchling Technical Parts also manufactures components that are coated with paint, chrome, or nickel at subsequent stages.

At the Mainburg facility, instruments for cockpits are manufactured in a day-night design. For the most part, transmitted light controls are produced that bear instrument symbols. In the first production stage, the control key is generally sprayed with translucent plastic and then coated with a laser vapor. In the last processing step, the key symbols are imprinted by a laser marking device. Individual wishes regarding the markings can be implemented without difficulty as the laser marking device is freely programmable.
