For the 14th time, the Society of Plastic Engineers awarded prizes for the most creative and innovative achievements in the automotive supplier industry. Röchling Automotive won the first two places in the powertrain category. The winner was the VW TFSI intake manifold with an integrated charge-air cooler. Second place went to the flexible return chargeair tube, which is installed in four-cylinder Audi engines.
