The program, which is updated every year, is continually and progressively being adapted to the particular requirements of the working world of our employees. The selected themes are based on feedback from various viewpoints – those of executives, employees, trainers, and management.
In regular performance reviews, you will discuss your continuing education goals with your supervisor and together select one or several customized courses for yourself.
Principles of Continuing Education
Every participant should be able to take part interactively in the Röchling seminars and gain confidence and experience applying the material studied through diverse role playing games and case studies.
For this reason, the seminars are conducted in small groups of 8-10 people. Based on previous practical experience, our trainers will identify the specific needs of the participants beforehand and build them into the available seminar concepts.
After completing the course, you will be asked to evaluate it. Your evaluation will help shape the content of future seminars.
