The Röchling High-Performance Plastics Division similarly uses its expertise in the processing of thermoplastics in the area of profile technology. The product portfolio contains a range of shapes and cross-sections. These include profiles made from diverse materials, extruded or machine-cut, as a standard profile or customized for you.

A team of specialists supports you in the development of your design and advises you regarding the application. Röchling High-Performance Plastics supports you the same way if a prototype is required. In-house mold design guarantees optimum time management over the course of the project. State-of-the-art production facilities—whether extruders or compressors—are designed for medium-to-large-scale production. Machining a profile from an extruded or compressed semi-finished product is a cost-saving alternative if you need a smaller production run.

Röchling High-Performance Plastics reliably satisfies each of your requirements, whether involving thin-wall strengths, complex design, precise fabrication with tight dimensions, particularly smooth surfaces or ones furnished with a customized structure, with coextruded or comolded elements, with inserts or assembled units. The multiple possibilities for further processing—such as printing, laminating, and laser cutting—round out this comprehensive portfolio.

Standard profiles – individualized via a broad product range

Extruded profiles made from Polystone® are available in a constantly growing standard product range. Frequently used as slides, they find application in various sectors. The standard program encompasses cover and clip profiles; Z, L, U, C, T, as well as square profiles. You gain by saving on the costs of development and tools. You can be as flexible with material characteristics as in project-oriented development.
