Result: RITA delivers a printout suitable for preliminary examination for the approval of a tank

Röchling is a highly proficient manufacturer of semi-finished products for chemical engineering and tank building. In collaboration with the TÜV Nord (German Technical Supervisory Authority North), we developed the tank calculation programme „RITA - Röchling's Integrated Tankbuilding Assistant“ which calculates free standing, pressureless circular and rectangular tanks under consideration of the current DVS-standards.

RITA includes many special features, e. g. the calculation of round tanks with sloped or conical bottoms and supports nozzle-diameters of up to 600 mm as well as the calculation of steel reinforced rectangular tanks with tie-rods and unstiffened or stiffened roofs.

As a result, RITA delivers a printout that is suitable for preliminary examination together with a detailed description of the planned tank containing all the information needed for the approval of a tank.
