In our semi-finished products range, we produce in particular Lignostone® Transformerwood® sheets in various qualities and dimensions.

Specific weights of Lignostone® Transformerwood® products

The following products are manufactured with a specific standard weight:

• Lignostone® L I/2-E3 (0,85 g/cm³)
• Lignostone® M I/2-E3 (1,25 g/cm³)
   
• Lignostone® L II/2-E3 (0,95 g/cm³)
• Lignostone® M II/2-E3 (1,25 g/cm³)
   
• Lignostone® L X/2-E3 (0,95 g/cm³)
• Lignostone® M X/2-E3 (1,25 g/cm³)

 Sheets with special specific weights are manufactured as follows:

• Lignostone® L I/2-E3 (1,0 g/cm³)
• Lignostone® M I/2-E3 (1,15 g/cm³)
   
• Lignostone® L II/2-E3 (0,75 g/cm³)
• Lignostone® M II/2-E3 (1,15 g/cm³)

Dimensions

The standard sizes for Lignostone® Transformerwood® sheets are:

2,000 x 1,000 mm
2,000 x 1,200 mm
2,000 x 1,300 mm
2,000 x 2,000 mm
2,400 x 2,000 mm

Other sizes are available upon request. For each size, a minimum order of 2,000 kg per delivery is required.

Strengths and tolerances

Lignostone® Transformerwood® blank sheets are produced in standard sizes in all qualities and with a strength tolerance of +/- 1.0 mm.

Lignostone® Transformerwood® blank sheets in special and custom sizes are delivered with a tolerance conforming to the DIN 40603 standard or with a very precise strength tolerance after surface finishing.

Rings

Lignostone® rings are produced with either crosswise or tangential lamination.

Crosswise lamination:

• Lignostone® L II/2-E3
• Lignostone® M II/2-E3

Tangential lamination:

• Lignostone® L X/2-E3
• Lignostone® M X/2-E3

All sizes can be manufactured in crosswise lamination up to an external diameter of 3,400 mm and a strength of 400 mm.

Beams

We offer beams with lengths of up to 5,500 mm in the Lignostone® L I/2-E3 and Lignostone® M I/2-E3 options.
