Polystone^® wear strips features outstanding surface slip characteristics, high abrasion resistance and excellent resistance to chemicals, such as acids or other aggressive media. We have been successfully supplying the general mechanical engineering, materials-handling technology and the beverage and packaging industries for many years now, where our wear strips are used in a host of applications.
Polystone^® wear strips is made from the ultra-high molecular anti-friction material PE UHMW (PE 1000).

Maximum dimensions

300 mm wide and 0.25   3 mm thick.
We supply Polystone^® wear strips in the standard colours green, black and natural. We can also provide special colours in almost any colour shade on request. Customized modifications, such as for adjustment of the coefficient of sliding friction, to the requirements of your application can be provided

Well packed

We supply you with Polystone^® wear strips in a practical carton packaging, making trouble-free shipment possible. This packaging also enables partial lengths of the wear strips to be removed and the rest to be restocked conveniently.

Polystone^® wear strips is available in standard dimensions ex stock. Other dimensions can be delivered within 1 to 2 weeks.
