What are the reporting channels?
You can submit reports both in writing and by phone.
What happens to my report?
All reports will initially be received and evaluated by a small predefined group of people. Depending on the circumstances, employees from other departments or external parties may also be involved. During this process, information will be provided only if necessary (on a need-to-know basis). If the accused persons need to be informed, your identity will not be disclosed.
When will I receive a response?
You will receive an acknowledgment of your report within seven days. If there are further questions or if additional information is needed, we will contact you via the Speak Up platform. Once the investigation is complete, you will receive another message.
How will I know if I have received a message?
If you have provided your e-mail address, you will receive an automatic notification. Otherwise, you can log in to the platform with your password and access number to view any messages.
Data protection and privacy
Röchling complies with data protection and privacy laws. Röchling will document each message received. This documentation will be retained only for as long as necessary and in a form appropriate for complying with legal requirementsMessage from the Executive Board
The Röchling Speak Up whistleblowing platform offers all Röchling employees as well as external parties the opportunity to report illegal or unethical behavior within our company or our supply chains. This information can also be provided anonymously. Typical situations may include corruption, fraud, or other violations of our Code of Conduct, but also violations of human rights or environmental obligations.
We are aware that it is often not easy for many people to report such incidents for fear of personal consequences. The platform allows for the possibility of collecting and processing information globally in a structured way.
Our Code of Conduct does not tolerate any illegal or unethical behavior on the part of our employees or within our supply chains. Only through whistleblowing can we respond to violations of applicable law and our Code of Conduct.
